Q..How soon can I start the course? |
A. Once we receive your payment, your account login information will be emailed to you. You can start your lessons and training within 24 hours after we receive your payment. |

Q. Can I avail of student loans to pay for this course or must I pay in one lump sum? |
A. We do NOT have access to student loans if you would like to avail yourself of such loans. Once available, this section will be updated accordingly. We have convenient payment plans and that can be obtained by emailing us at payment@melamma.com. |

Q. What is the duration of the course I buy? |
A. It all depends on how much time you devote each week, and how quickly you absorb the information. We provide you with a 12 month access to our LCMS to complete your course. |

Q. What books do I get with this course? |
A. Online courses are delivered over the internet to enable individuals and companies to save money on books and postage. However you can print material from your courses from the accompanying pdf files as and when you require. But we also make available books and CD’s separately at an additional cost. Please email us at sales@melamma.com with your requirements. |

Q.Does the price include certification? |
A. No, the cost of certification is not included in your cost. You can purchase vouchers for certification directly from our website. |

Q. Do I get a completion certificate for the course? |
A. Yes, once students from the US, Canada and Puerto Rico complete the course, we will confirm you have completed all sections of the course and all tests and will then issue you our completion certificate. International Students will pay only the postage fee for the certificate. You can also print your own course certificate by using your login details. |

Q. What do I need to start? |
A. In order to take one of our online courses, you need to have a computer with a connection to the internet. As some courses are graphics intensive it is not recommended for people still using dial up internet connections, where the connections speed is less than 33K. |

Q. How can I pay for the course? |
A. Payment for courses can be made by check, cash, or using PayPal. We also accept all major credit cards. Checks should be made out to Melamma Information Systems, LLC and should payable in the US. International payments can be made through either using PayPal or can be wired directly to our account. Credit card payments are also available directly from each course page. |

Q. How do I know my credit card payment has gone through? |
A. The moment you pay by credit card, you will receive an email from PayPal detailing and confirming your purchase. Normally within 48 hours your transaction will appear on your credit card balance/statement stating payment has been received by Melamma Information Systems LLC. You will also receive an email confirmation from us within hours that your order has been received. |
